The Boost app offers a range of wellbeing, fitness and mindset programs to help give you a bit of a boost!

Downloading the app will give you FREE lifetime access to the 14 day To The Core at-home ab training program. This includes 14 daily 5-minute workout videos lead by qualified trainer and coach George Anderson.

Each video includes demonstrations of each exercise along with progressions and regressions to ensure that you workout at the correct level for your ability and fitness.

The demonstrations are followed by a follow-along workout including a timer so you don’t have to worry about checking your watch to see how much longer there is to go!

The workouts in To The Core will build strength and stability throughout the entire core, in a balanced and effective way using a variety of exercises to target the different core muscles.

Boost is also the home of the Beginners Luck 10 week audio coached running program for complete beginners, as well as other programs such as Standing Strength, The Glute Plan, The Strong Arm Solution and Just 10 Minutes of Healthy Habits.

Boost is run by qualified trainer and coach George Anderson, who has over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organisations boost their wellbeing.
